By accessing or using LaunchForge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
LaunchForge is an AI-powered business launch platform that provides tools for business idea validation, guided step-by-step business building, community-created launch recipes, and shareable launch stories. The Platform includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features and AI-generated content.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
LaunchForge offers multiple subscription tiers: Explorer (free), Builder, Founder, and Agency. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate business blueprints, content, images, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be treated as a starting point, not as professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and validating all AI-generated content before using it in your business. LaunchForge makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including launch recipes, stories, and business projects. By posting content publicly (such as recipes or stories), you grant LaunchForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform. You may remove your public content at any time, which will terminate this license.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) create or promote illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive businesses; (c) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (d) upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security; (e) scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer the Platform; (f) circumvent subscription limits or usage restrictions; or (g) impersonate another person or entity.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of LaunchForge. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without prior written consent. The LaunchForge name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of LaunchForge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to LaunchForge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LaunchForge does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
